Commissioner Riley has approved the Keystone amended articles of agreement, effective July 1, 2020. This amendment reflects the board of directors’ vote to change the name of the collaborative from FLLAC Educational Collaborative to the Keystone Educational Collaborative.    Please click here to find the Commissioner’s letter of approval.
