Ms. Kate’s room celebrates International Day of Acceptance while rooting on the home team! Good team spirit for the game, and for the day!
January 20th is a day dedicated to the social acceptance of disability and to honor the late Annie Hopkins, founder of 3E Love and creator of the International Symbol of Acceptance, which shows a wheelchair in the shape of a heart. Together, the occasion and the symbol communicate the 3E Love ethos of devotion, equality, respect and understanding, to be adopted and appreciated by people of all abilities.
So today we celebrate our abilities, and give a shout out to the Patriots!
